For customers using the Service, screening subjects and case data are processed under the customer’s instructions and their own compliance obligations. In self-hosted deployments, that data remains within the customer’s own environment.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Screening data may be checked against third-party watchlist providers (for example SumSub) to perform the Service. We share information with service providers and authorities only as needed to operate the Service or comply with law.
